Pastel Society of The West Coast Interantional Open Exhibition: Cuong Nguyen's "Early Morning Light" painting has won the Pastel Journal award. Two of his pastel paintings have been selected for the exhibition at the Haggin Museum, Stockton, California. The show is open to the public from May 18 - June 22, 2008. View pitures here
